Project Profile: West Brothers Chrysler

Collision Center Building

The West Brothers Chrysler Collision Center is a state of the art auto body repair facility. It is constructed of integral colored split-faced concrete masonry units that provide an attractive water and damage resistant finish both inside and out. The roof was constructed of cost effective wood trusses and both the roofing and ceiling materials are pre-finished standing seam metal panels that add both durability and beauty to the structure. The building houses an auto body repair shop, paint prep area, a self contained painting / baking booth, and an auto detailing shop for use by both the West Brothers Chrysler Auto Dealership and the collision center.

The building also houses an office area for customer reception, estimators and shop manager’s offices. The office portion of the building was constructed with metal studs and is clad with brick masonry veneer which gives the public entrance a warm and inviting human scale. Maintenance friendly planting materials were used on the public side of the building on each side of the main office entrance to soften the landscape and help the building create an appealing backdrop for the auto sales lot that extends past the front of the shop building.

The collision center contains approximately 8,500 Sq. Ft. of shop area and the administrative area contains approximately 650 Sq. Ft. of reception, office, toilet and kitchenette space. This project was constructed under a design build agreement with Reinhold Enterprises Complete Electrical Services and General Construction Contractors.
