Space + Form Architects has designed architectural plans for a 4,200 square foot private residence. The new custom home is located on 10 acres.

The residence sits on a sloped wooded hillside with stunning views of the valley and creek below. This modern designed home features a stone/stucco exterior façade, a large front entry porch, numerous windows and an oversized four car garage. Many of the main level spaces connect which gives the home an open feeling. The main level features a large entry foyer, a two story great/dining room, a large fireplace, an island kitchen, a separate island bar, a separate hearth room, a separate breakfast room, a separate office, a large master bedroom suite and a lanai which overlooks the rear yard. The upper floor features a cantilevered balcony that overlooks the foyer/great/dining rooms below, a guest suite, and two children’s bedroom suites. An open stairway connects all three levels of the house and the lower level is planned for a future family room, children’s play room and guest bedroom suite.
