St. Louis Hills Neighborhood


This beautiful 60 plus year old home facing Francis Park in the St. Louis Hills Neighborhood received a two-story addition, covered porch and extensive interior renovation. A large opening was created within the existing two-story masonry wall to allow for expansion of the kitchen to allow space for a large table. The new kitchen and dining space also open up to the renovated family room and covered porch. This 3,600 sq. ft. home has four bedrooms, three with on-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom closest and master bath traded locations to allow for an expanded master bath.



The Eichelbergers have completed a massive renovation of their 1930’s St. Louis Hills home just in time for the neighborhood house tour in October 2018.
