Bobcat of St. Louis Corporate Headquarters

After a devastating flood in December of 2015 destroyed the previous Bobcat of St. Louis facility the building was demolished, the building pad was raised to a higher elevation and a new 44,500 Sq. Ft. facility was constructed to house the new Bobcat of St. Louis Corporate Headquarters Facility.

The façade of the building provides tall south facing shaded glass which provides ample natural light on both floors of the building. There is also a tiered concrete retaining wall that runs along the entire front of the building which provides space to showcase Bobcat equipment along Interstate 44.

The 31,500 Sq. Ft. main level contains an open monumental stair, elevator, customer waiting and a Bobcat fountain at the building main entry. The retail sales, equipment rental, parts and customer service area spaces are all connected on the main level. The receiving area, parts warehouse, training room and 16,000 SQ. FT. of service shop are also all located on the main level. The service shops contain two five ton cranes which run the entire width of the building.

The 13,000 Sq. Ft. second level houses a main and small conference rooms, a large open office area, private offices, a lounge/casual meeting area, kitchen, server room and a gym with locker and shower facilities.
